At Midwest Geothermal, we’re proud to offer the only non-union, U.S. Department of Labor–registered and certified Geothermal Well Driller apprenticeship program in the nation.

This one-of-a-kind opportunity combines classroom education with hands-on field experience, giving apprentices the skills to operate heavy equipment, drill geothermal boreholes, and manage projects from the ground up.
